The 4th industrial revolution is well under way and Ericsson’s 5G technology is at the heart of it all. To celebrate the transformation taking place both now and in the not so distant future, Ericsson launched their latest global brand campaign: Unleash the power of easy; the largest campaign in their 140+ year brand history.

The campaign is a showcase of the power that “easy” has to drive change for the better when technology is made easy to adopt, use and scale - namely, 5G technology.

My role with Ericsson was that of Global Creative Director, working tightly in tandem with Ericsson’s marketing team to launch 5G across 90+ international markets. This campaign was Ericsson’s largest brand campaign in the company’s storied 140+ year history.

In addition to the campaign film, a series of “Tech Hero” films were created whereby key Ericsson executives from their respective fields take viewers on a deep dive into the different industries featured in the film and break down the technology driving change within them.

Those industries include, amongst others, connected vehicles, immersive gaming, connected logistics, event experiences, connected homes, tech in things (IoT) and remote robotics.
